HydroSense installs and configures Flo by Moen, Phyn Plus, and StreamLabs systems, tests automatic shutoff performance, and hands over an itemized installation record.
Installation boundary
The home’s domestic water line is the standard HydroSense installation scope. HydroSense does not install leak detection, monitoring, or automatic shutoff control on fire-sprinkler or fire-suppression piping. Irrigation is optional and must be specifically requested, technically reviewed, and quoted in the written proposal. The proposal confirms the actual plumbing configuration and any equipment required; one shutoff device is not assumed to control both domestic water and irrigation.
Before installation
The device has to fit the plumbing and remain connected after the crew leaves. These conditions are reviewed before a proposal is issued.

Nearby power and reliable Wi-Fi coverage at the leak-detection and shutoff location.
